Signing up to bid for client work is currently free.  Normal charge is $10.00 per year

Membership is for one year and recurring.  We charge no percentages of your business projects gained here and no other fees.  Members can create a blog to do with the business.  Forum is open to members to post/learn/help.

To submit a project, no matter how large or small, one must register here first.  Then you can submit any and all projects and possibly use a number of different FreeLance individuals or companies for your needs.
